Keith Quinn is the founder of Random Access Learning a digital learning consultancy. Keith has over 35 years of experience in the social service sector and has spent 25+ of these years in learning and development in one way or another. Keith has led the development and implementation of learning technologies to support workforce development in public services and has won a number of awards for this work. He developed his organisation’s digital learning design framework, led the development of a range of digital learning resources and initiated a strategy for the use of Open Badges to accredit informal learning.
